Hakone All Star Run for The Machine’s Bday

Great run out around Hakone with the Kanagawa Riders for the big man’s birthday. Nature really turned on the views and the roads were near on empty.

Dawn, the fleeting waking of the land is worth it every time.
Great day of twisties with some bike and car spotting thrown in.

We got up to Daikanzaka around 5 and about a 1/4 of an hour before sunrise.
The Machine staggered off looking for his birthday…
Didn’t take long to pop up…
It was a bloody good one too.
So good we coasted down the Turnpike for a better look and it was a special one.
Then turned around and headed back up to escape the heat. Often some cool Machines on the Turnpike on a Sunday. 😉
Then there’s the jewels around the Turnpike’s crown..
That’s a rare one.
His mate on the Busa couldn’t believe how rapid the big Bimota was. 😂
Looking good old boy.
The Pirate bike was a ripper!
Heard this classic twisting its way to the peak before seeing it. A real howler. 👍
It popped in the sunrise light. Great colour combo.
Then there were the cars..
When it’s right it’s right!
More Porsches than I could count patiently.
A rare bird indeed.
Making tracks and the twisties were great under heavy skies around Ashinoko.
Who’s that?
Now there’s two of him…

Maybe this not so oldskool cool ripper?
