The “Touge Express” Participation Agreement
1. Privacy & Data Handling
All personal information provided during registration is used exclusively for event logistics and safety. We do not sell or share your data with third parties.
- Data Deletion: To protect your privacy, all specific entrant details are purged from our active records following the conclusion of the event.
- The “Twistybutt” Standard: We take your personal privacy as seriously as we expect you to treat the proprietary route and event details provided to you.
2. Intellectual Property & Proprietary Rights
By participating in a Touge Express event, you acknowledge the following:
- Brand Ownership: “Touge Express,” the “Twistybutt” moniker, and all associated logos are the exclusive intellectual property of the organizer.
- Format Protection: The specific “system” of this event—including the curated mountain pass routes, timing logic, safety protocols, and organizational structure—is a proprietary format. You agree not to replicate, commercialize, or publicly disclose these mechanics for any purpose other than personal enjoyment.
- Non-Influencer Policy: This event is designed for skill-building and community, not for public or internet fame. Content regarding times, dates, locations, specific routes, key points of interest, or other entrants may not be shared publicly (including on YouTube or social media) without direct written approval from the Touge Express organizer.
3. Liability Waiver & Risk Acknowledgment
Motorcycling is inherently dangerous.
- Voluntary Participation: You acknowledge that you are voluntarily entering this event and riding at your own risk.
- Waiver of Liability: You agree to forgo any and all liability toward the organizers, staff, or volunteers for any damage, injury, or loss (financial or otherwise) incurred while following the advised route or attending the event.
- Road Compliance: Participants are expected to follow all Japanese traffic laws. The “advised routes” are a suggestion, and the rider is solely responsible for judging road conditions and their own skill level.
4. Severability Clause
If any section or individual provision of this agreement is found to be legally invalid or unenforceable by a court (including under the Japan Consumer Contract Act), the remaining sections of this agreement shall remain in full force and effect.

峠エクスプレス イベント参加規約 (Participation Agreement)
1. プライバシーおよび個人情報の取り扱い (Privacy & Data Handling)
登録時に提供されたすべての個人情報は、イベントの運営および安全管理の目的のみに使用されます。当社がお客様の同意なく第三者に個人情報を開示または提供することはありません。
- データの削除: プライバシー保護のため、イベント終了後、特定の参加者情報は当社の有効な記録から速やかに削除されます。
- プライバシーの尊重: 当社はお客様のプライバシーを尊重します。同様に、参加者も当社が提供する独自のルートやイベント詳細を機密情報として扱うものとします。
2. 知的財産権および独自の権利 (Intellectual Property & Proprietary Rights)
峠エクスプレスのイベントに参加することにより、参加者は以下の事項に同意するものとします。
- ブランドの所有権: 「峠エクスプレス（Touge Express）」、「Twistybutt」、および関連するすべてのロゴは、主催者の独占的な知的財産です。
- フォーマットの保護: 本イベントの特定の「システム」（厳選されたルート、タイミングロジック、安全プロトコル、および組織構造を含む）は、独自のフォーマットです。参加者は、個人的な楽しみ以外の目的で、これらのメカニズムを複製、商用利用、または公に開示しないことに同意するものとします。
- インフルエンサー活動の制限: 本イベントはスキルの向上とコミュニティ形成を目的としており、インターネットや公的な知名度を得るための場ではありません。特定のルート、地点、重要スポット、または他の参加者に関するコンテンツを、主催者の書面による直接の承認なく公に（YouTubeやSNS等を含む）共有することは固く禁じられています。
3. 免責事項およびリスクの承認 (Liability Waiver & Risk Acknowledgment)
オートバイの運転には特有の危険が伴います。
- 自主的な参加: 参加者は、自らの意思で本イベントに参加し、自らの責任において走行することを認めます。
- 免責: 参加者は、推奨ルートの走行中またはイベントへの参加中に発生した損害、負傷、または紛失（金銭的損失を含む）について、主催者、スタッフ、またはボランティアに対する一切の責任を免除することに同意します。
- 交通法規の遵守: 参加者は日本の交通法規を遵守するものとします。「推奨ルート」はあくまで提案であり、路面状況や自身のスキルレベルの判断は参加者自身の責任となります。
4. 分離条項 (Severability Clause)
本規約のいずれかの条項が裁判所によって法的無効または執行不能と判断された場合（日本の消費者契約法等に基づく場合を含む）でも、本規約の残りの条項は引き続き完全な効力を有するものとします。
